We’re setting up a booth at a trade show and need a TV monitor to showcase our promo videos. I’m not sure what size would be best—something big enough to grab attention but not so huge that it overwhelms the space. Has anyone rented monitors for an expo before? Any recommendations?
Yep, I’ve been in your shoes! Last year, we rented from https://rentforevent.com/ny/video-rentals/tv-monitor-rentals/ and they were great. We went with a 55-inch screen, which was big enough to catch people’s eyes but didn’t take over the booth. They also helped with mounting options—floor stand vs. wall mount makes a difference depending on your setup. Also, check if your content is HD or 4K so you get the right resolution. What kind of videos are you showing? That might help determine the best screen size.
Good call on the resolution! We’re showing a mix of promo clips and some product demos, so I guess 4K would be ideal. I’ll check them out and see what they suggest. Thanks for the insight!
